The problem with me in this verse is that as a Christian (even if I am a poor example) in my mind all things belong to God. So what belongs to Ceasar? We are told to live at peace within the laws of our Government because the Government is established by God for the purpose of maintaining order so that the word of God can flurish and be preached. I understand that. My conflict comes when the Government becomes Anti-Christian?

That is much the same conflict that the South had with the United States Government of 1861. Not that the Lincolnite government had turned anti-christian, so much as it turned anti-constitutional.
