Well the Justice department is suing Arz., giving the Black Panthers a free ride. Obama is refusing to let any media take photos of the oil spill, make flyovers, birds or other animals covered in oil, dead animals etc. A person cannot get with a certain range of the oil booms or working vessels. States can no longer make independent efforts to protect their shores or wildlife without possible fines or jail time. One LA parish president was told to shut up and stay off the TV.
