Apparently the vast majority of American educators still believe secession was illegal. I've said this before- since I've been on this board everyone talks about how the "Southern" view needs to be presented. You want to get the word out, well how come none of you Southern Heritage groups are challening Texas vs. White? Is it because you know a Constitutional Lawyer "not arm chair lawyer" would tie your opinoins in a knot? What government would you have that didn't stink? State government with poll taxes and literacy requirments so other races can't vote?
