I have said since I have been on this board, that ruling came after the fact. How would you like the FEDs to rule your marriage null and void after all these years? Maybe you deserve some speeding tickets that you didn't get last year???

Really BB, that arguement doesn't hold water, just should me a ruling in 1860 that says secession was illegal. Even Lincoln says the people have a right to leave a government thay no longer support.
