Should you get the chance for some light reading, you might want to check out the novel, The Whiskey Rebels. It's by David Liss. Most of Liss novels take place in Europe. But this involves the Whiskey Taxes in Western Pennsylvania, a dose of states rights and Alexander Hamilton. Since your post on the Federalist Papers...written mainly by Hamilton and Madison, with a little Jay thrown in... and as states rights is also a theme, I thought you and some others on the board would like to check it out.
