Uhmmm, yes, the military sure acted like something was gonna happen. If they noticed it in Charleston, wonder what they'd have thought if they were aware the very same type of activity was happening elsewhere? Kind of close to the same deal here with 3 forts. All of a sudden, they were working double time to get things done. That probably raised a few eyebrows.
