I emailed and got an immediate response from the owner of Otis Tillinghast site. He says he just found out about the courts martial is trying to find out more informantion; however, he did tell me it had to do with that political mole Abner Doubleday, and that he was the officer bringing up charges on Tillinghast. I hope to find more.
