A valid analysis, Sir. The 9th and 10th Amendments are so ignored we don't think enough of their meaning. I hope we are seeing a glimmer of hope regarding those amendments, given the most egregious attacks on the people's and states' rights since Lincoln. "(W)ar coming to your doorstep."! I am glad we are not yet faced with the choices forced upon Lee and others. In my opinion, Lee was the most honorable man since George Washington.
