I have a lot of family stories that went from my 1.great-grandfather to my 2. grandmother to my 3. dad to 4. me. I'm sure they have changed over the years of being retold. I know my memory "ain't what it used to be". I hope you did not make the mistakes that I regret so much and have them recorded by the orginal storyteller. I could have recorded my grandmother. How I wish that I had. I am sure they all are based on fact, I just don't know how much has been added or deleted after passing through four generations. Record them for the next generations or they will be lost forever.
Someone had to get him in that bay and your guncle certainly knew how.
