Ya know, you're right. It's not taking anything away from anyone who has worn a uniform and fought in any branch of service for the country but what the Confederate ancestors did was very different. They weren't fighting a 'common' enemy when some of them were related to those across the field of battle. The worst way to show them any disrespect is to remove any sign of what they did. There's many trying to do that now and we cannot let our ancestors down.
