Joe, indeed I have heard of Col. Simpson's work. Thank you for the note about the 18th Ga. I wish they had remained with the Texans, and that Wofford would have remained the CO, as at Antietam. But, then again, perhaps the 18th would not have shone as they did at Fredericksburg and Gettysburg. We can only guess. Stan
