I found a young soldier ancestor whose cause of death was shown as being Erbis Typhoidis (may be
incorrect spelling-the document is very dim), I would appreciate some assistance in defining the meaning of this medical term. I assume it probably has to do with the disease of Typhoid Fever....thanks for any clarification.
