I guess that's one way to 'tip cows' Stan. That is funny. In the last few years I've been able to find a few 'cousins' from the family line that they tried real hard to ignore and the tales I get from them are just priceless. They were very well committed to making the largest amount of shine in the county. Quality may not have been as important. Maybe they just ran it through a strainer so the larger 'chunks' of stuff didn't get through into the wide mouth mason jars. I know they had a lot of run ins with the law over it and I think one did serve a bit of time over it and I had thought that was the reason for the Hatfield/McCoy running diserespectful disagreement they had with the Ards. That wasn't all of it. One of mine killed one of theirs but he did have a good reason. Funny how generations can go on with the dislike still there but most people have no idea why they are s'posed to not like the other ones. My best friend is an Ard and I'm a Helton. Now that's just not s'posed to happen. When I called her from the Helton reunion almost in tears telling her they were all crazy, she just said "they're Heltons. What did you expect?" That's my BFF. Solid common sense. She was right. They are. That explains me. :)
