Yes. The hot place is getting chilly. I am about to toss in the towel. No wonder our kids come out of school igrant (no, not a typo, that's how my Granddaddy said it when he wasn't happy).
I went to the local pharmacy to pick up a scrip. Ok, so this pharmacy isn't just a drugstore. It's the place you go when you cannot find something any place else. It's always at A&E. They have a new line of fabrics in and I saw one line was Civil War. Well, that's a quilt I need to make for my Great Grandson who will arrive next month. Then I looked at one of the bolts. Yep, it's yankee fabric for sure. It listed battles. Gettysburg, Antietam and a few others. The one that really stood out was 'Bunker Hill'!!! I will go back when I recover and see if there's a fitting pattern for my Great Grandson. Brantley will NOT be covered with Union fabric. Ain't gonna happen.
Bunker Hill indeed!!! Wasn't that a bit earlier?
