Hwy. 90. The White Cap was a hangout for us teens back in the '60s. I think it was destroyed by Camille, re-opened in the old Yacht Club building, destroyed by Katrina and re-opened bigger and better on the original location. They have photos of the original little place hanging in the lobby.
