He was a colorful character and a brave one. Though he did have a few character flaws. Not the first guy on either side to fall for a pair of shapely ankles. If you could see those ankles back then...lol. I also believe he declined to fight a duel over a certain Belle. Not sure about that one. I'll have to get this book on Cutts that I saw On-line and find out.
