Beach?! That's funny Alan. Thanks for the book reference. I've got a list and just added that one. Still gotta get Bob Mc's on the 53rd Alabama. I also haven't found the one on Bennings Brigade for my Georgia bunch. What a mixed up kettle of genes I came from!!

I want to go back to Murfreesboro and this time I think I'll have a much better idea of what I'm seeing. Like the places in Georgia, Vicksburg and Shiloh, I didn't really understand much of any of it when I was there. It's easier to place people now I've learned more. Even understanding some of it I'm still wondering how anyone came out of those battles alive.
