Exactly Pam. Would 50 or 75,000 more black men,on top of the 65,000 believed to have served made a difference? YES!!! Did the CSA come to aggrement on this to late? YES!!! Was the reason for Davis and the CSA leadership for not arming the slaves to protect the institution of slavery? NO!!!! Did the final bill approve emancipation of slaves? Yes!!!! Facts supporting these points have already been posted.
