You are surely aware that Confederate authorities didn't send any black POWs to Andersonville or any other prison. For what it's worth, the cartel which governed POW exchanges broke down during the summer of 1863 because Confederate authorities refused to treat captured black soldiers as POWs. They were runaway slaves.
