Very good David. You might want to send him the website I referenced earlier so he can learn more about his Confederate ancestors as well as other Alabama-Coushatta heritage. A few years ago the tribe had an enterprising casino establishment on the "reservation", but Sen. John Cornyn (then a meddling state attorney-general) had it shut down. They were making some serious headway to get out of poverty while giving Texans an opportunity to recover millions of gaming dollars heading across the borders into OK and LA.
