I was trying to say that people who are constantly looking for racism will find it everywhere. Unfortunately, I believe this is the perspective and view of the poster, to whom I responded.
From my perspective, I was sitting in a restaurant a few days ago and listened as a "fortyish" African-American gentleman, speaking to an African-American lady, proceeded to denigrate that "old white man", Jack Nicklaus, making racist remarks (in my opinion) and stated very clearly that Jack was nothing in comparison with Tiger Woods. As I was leaving I stated to him, it was a shame that in spite of his athletic prowess, Tiger Wood would primarily be remembered as an immoral reprobate. I was surprised that he said nothing in response as I paid my bill and left. I presume the term "immoral reprobate" was something he had to think about.
