Even though I couldn't get the software writers to tell me how to do it, I've been able to find the file that generates the "cookie" and changed the expiration date. Gee, I wish I would have done this sooner!

The software should be working properly now. You can either update your information on the "Set Preferences" page or with your first posting you will generate a new cookie with your name and email address and any links you include with your postings. Display features are on the "Set Preferences" page, so you'll need to go there if you do not use the default settings.

In spite of this temporary fix, I will be updating our software in January, so I hope you enjoy the new features and hopefully see some improvement in performance.
