Oh you better believe this anniversary has been awaited with 'baited' breath. It's going to be spun into the netherworld and there will be no coming back unless some of us refuse to let it die. I was not surprised at the content of the program but thought it did give a bit more background than most. One can only expect so much from PBS.
With the news yesterday that there are "rewrites" of Mark Twain's works to substitute that 'word' with "Slave", we see how far they will go to destroy history.
