That's neat information David. It wasn't just the boys playing cops n robbers, cowboys n indians but also Rebels n yanks. I think the area I grew up in was sort of like Mayberry but we kids were like the Little Rascles on steriods. Gender was not even thought of. We were all 'Rebels' or 'Cowboys', I think there was one girl who insisted she was a cowgirl She was the one most often tied to a tree too.
