I have read that Delaware had a consent age of 7 until 1890. I have also read that New York had a consent age of 10 in 1860, and there many prostiutes that age. Was the South just as bad? What was the COnsent age for southern cities? LIke Atlanta? Nashville? New Orleans? Did Atlanta have cat houses that openly operated legally. I think Nashville did?
