Amen. I've been involved in a private restoration of a cemetery for 20 years. It has cost me several thousands of dollars personally. The local historical commissions are proud to have such a historic site in their county and point it out in all thier booklets and advertisements. But I have yet to see one of their faces out there to even bring the few of us, who do clean and keep the place, even a glass of water.
