Yes, I get what you're saying Stan. My best friend, who was like a brother to me, was killed over there in '67. A couple of former classmates turned idiots with a lot of flowers and peace symbols on their person wouldn't go to the funeral. Not that we'd have wanted them there. Hubby's discharge from the Army came a few months before many in his reserve unit deployed. He still feels guilty because he did not go.
