Who was the first man killed in open combat in the Civil War, when and where?

I see that then Col. R.S Ewell, leading Confederate Cavalry was one of the first wounded and probably my answer is in this engagement at Fairfax Court House, Va.- on the 30-31 May 1861- a Captain Marr (CSA) is reported killed there very early in the action.
