I think you'll like the movie. I have to give a thumbs up to the detail in costumes and environment. I would like to know what fort they filmed it at...looks like Puluski. The Surratt Boarding House was guarded by a Union soldier who looks like he's dressed in the uniform of a wounded vet (light duty). How the prisoners were treated was done with some detail- the constant hoods, the bare conditions of the cells.
