Interesting comment? Have you read the book?

Or is yours so closed a mind that it does not accept any possible other motive other than the pablum that has been force feed to us for 150 years.

I am not aware that Bill O'Reilly has any "SCV Kool aid" (whatever that bigoted remark may be meaning) leanings one way, or the other. I would doubt it since being 'southern' is such an unpopular position to take because of intellectual bigotry that you have just displayed for all to see. He would have to be a brave man to take an open stand as such in his business. And it is he who wrote the book, not I.

It seems that O'Reilly based his Book on the investigation of New York dectitive Lafayette Baker, who was commissioned by Lincoln's Secretary of War, Edwin Stanton. I am not aware of those gentlemen be 'pro-Southern' in their Sentiments. So I don't know what you could possible be basing your "SCV kool aid" opinions on.
