The Virginia Sesquicentennial of the Civil War Commission has launched a new site, "Walk In Their Footsteps." Through the site visitors can follow a soldier’s "footsteps" in Virginia battlefields. The site includes a database of Confederate and Union regiments that served in VA during the war and identifies battles in which the regiments participated. There is an on-line tutorial.
