You have a very good reason to see it. There are so many family 'lines' that end or are lost after an event such as a natural disaster or a man-made disaster it's scary. I wonder if the National Archives may have something on this or the LDS in their records. This 'removal' was every bit as brutal as the previous one that Jackson ordered. Since women were the ones who recorded things like births and deaths in the Family Bible, there has to be a huge gap in this areas info compilation.
