From what I have read, on the "powers that was", during the war, James Longstreet, seems to be head and shoulders, above almost all of the Confederate Leaders, As a "tactician, both offense and defense, from what I've read, he was as good as there was, in both,Confederate, and union, later years, after the war, are debateable, How about input, from aqll of you!!!!!!!!!!!!
