When a President signs a bill into law, stipulating the parts he will not obey, or attempts to tell religious institutions they must violate the precepts of their faith, or uses our tax funds to further his own judgement of what business he will support, or appoints people people who try to dictate where a company may move its factory, while unilaterally declaring Congress is not in session, when it clearly is, then the government is shredding the Constitution as surely as did Lincoln, etal. BTW, I saw a documentary the other day that recognized some of his warts, such as his racism, desire to send freed slaves to Africa, and that the EP actually freed none of these slaves. I was amazed!
