Thanks very much David! I couldn't find these games anywhere. Thought I would post the diary entry for those that may be interested.

February 14, 1863

This being wash day for the soldiers we had no drilling but some fine games of "Bull-pen", "Cat", & "Stick-it-to-him." It reminded me more of School than anything I've seen in a long time. The men pitched in like schoolboys & we enjoyed it exceedingly. The excercise was so beneficial & so pleasant on a mild bright & beautiful day after being kept housed up in our tents by wet & cold weather.
