Daniel Dennis, Co. D, 46th PA Volunteers

I realize this is technically off-topic, however, the Pennsylvania board is seldom utilized and I wanted to get the maximum exposure possible.

Attempting to locate burial location.
While searching for other soliders buried in Rockingham County, Virginia, I discovered a newspaper article which listed Daniel Dennis, 46th Pennsylvania Infantry, being buried in Woodbine Cemetery, Harrisonburg, VA.
After the War, Federal soldiers disinterred their men in the Shenandoah Valley and moved them to various national cemeteries. Most of the Yankees buried in Woodbine, listed with Dennis, are now in Staunton Military Cemetery. However, Dennis is not listed there; nor is he listed in the national registry.
If anyone has information on Private Daniel Dennis, Company D, 46th Pennsylvania Volunteers, died 30 April 1862, it would be greatly appreciated.
If this man still lies in an unmarked grave in Woodbine Cemetery, I want to make sure he gets a Veterans Administration marker.
If he is buried somewhere else, I can mark him off my list.
Thanks.
