Miles, after a stellar day with my pards at The Mariner's Museum in Virginia, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the clash of the ironclads, I just want you to know that the USS Merrimack became the CSS VIRGINIA after it's raising and complete refitting in 1862. Please get this right. We Southerners are so tired of hearing about our ground breaking and Federal flotilla sinking ship called by the wrong name. Ask the crew of the USS Cumberland.
