"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

The 1st Amendment says more about religious freedom that it does about the other freedoms that is mentioned. Everybody seems to ignore the part that says "Congress shall make no law ... prohibiting the free exercise of ... {Religion}" That would include public places and GOVERNMENT buildings and establishments like schools. It is quite clear to me that you do not have to participate, but you also can not prohibite.
