I agree 100%, but public officials are not going to stand up for anything that will jepordize their office and possible re-election. I live in Ga. and there is a large number of cities that have a majority of blacks in public office. I think the SCV, the UDC, and all heritage groups should lead the way. There are a lot of men and women that are not currently in these groups, but who would stand up for what they believe in.
