Janelle, You would need to contact Pat Godwin. She and the Friends Of Forrest were instrumental in having the bust made and have been fighting to keep it on public display. I don't think it would be wise at this time to post her prvate email on the forum with out first asking her. You know how some people are and I'd hate to have her email fall into the wrong hands.
