There isn't a cemetery. I know the dead were buried on the field. It was a rare case of both sides working together to bury the fallen. Most were buried in mass graves, although individual graves have been found. The written accounts of witness’s place the locations of Union and Confederate graves in certain locations but recent discoveries conflict with these records. In 1987 over thirty bodies were discovered during the construction of a foundation for a house. Determining whether they were Union of Confederate was difficult. In the end it was determined they were Confederate and the bodies were reburied in Santa Fe at the city cemetery there--- with honors.
