I guess it's all in the individual's idea of useful. I think that little fabric piece is amazing. Many of the 'important' buildings in the early 1900's have time capsules but we may be the last generation to know this. I know of one here that's not been opened yet and I'm not sure if it's common knowledge anymore or not.
