Years and years ago I belonged to that civil war collector card set club where once a month or so you would recieve x amount of cards (about 4X6 inches). If my memory isn't playing tricks on me one of the cards was about this weapon and if I can locate my cards (in storage) there should be a pic or at least a sketch of it. On the other hand perhaps I remember seeing it in a book or magazine so don't hold me to this.
