That might be Benj Edginton. He was predominately a tent maker but by 1860 he was also advertising for flags. His business in 1860 is listed on Duke Street in Southwark SE, near foot of London Bridge, but I do have references that some of his flags were during this era were marked with just his name and "Tower Bridge SE1"

Appears his flag making endevors was mostly a side line to his other goods. Late 1800's he shifted to also making camp furniture and related goods. I dont have much definitive information as of yet of his flag making era.
