To my meager understanding of Recolonization, yes, I think that is a more accurate description of restitution. And also agreed it would not be America's responsibility to return the negro back to their exact tribal location because America did not enslave the negro. The different negro tribes on the african continent did that themselves. America only purchased the slaves from the african continent thus, America should only return them back to africa.
