Highway Signs Replaced in Texas

I just noticed something the other day in Dallas I had to mention. On Loop 12 in Dallas there were two large highway signs recently replaced that probably cost the taxpayers 10-20 thousand. The signs originally went something like this:

JEFFERSON Blvd. exit to right
DAVIS St. exit to right

The new signs

DAVIS St. exit to right
JEFFERSON Blvd. exit to right

This is hilarious. I wondered for years if the politically correct heritage thieves would ever do anything about those signs. Of course Jefferson Davis Elementary school had been changed to Barbara Jorden about 20 years ago.
