David, I have a copy of the book and read it some time ago. I know a local historian in the area and he maintains the book has a lot of incorrect information. He corresponded with the author during his research and tried to correct him, to no avail. If you remember, send me a pm after you read it. Jack Hinson did not need any embellishment to be legendary.
