It would be a feasible assumption. The shirts-collars-ties that some are wearing and some other attire details were common to the 1910-1925 or so era. The coats are of the various patterned styles frequently seen of post-war veterans groups. Most in the photo have various veterans and reunion ribbons and badges on their coats. At least two gentleman visible in the photo are wearing a Confederate Cross of Honor, which begain being distributed in 1900. Probably taken at a CV reunion, CV event or local holiday parade. Nice photo.
