Here is the auction in question.... Originially had it listed as a "rare daguerreotype of Lee in the Spanish-American war" same verbage as was posted here.... with starting bid of 10K and buy it now of "30K"....

It has since been edited to say "photograph of Lee in Mexican-American War".... price still starting at 10K, with altered "buy it now at 13K".... its actually worth maybe about $10.... with the frame...
Whether it be a public auction (which she claims to have originially obtained this print image in 1997) or any online auction...always know what it is (or what it isnt) that your bidding on...
