This is amazing. To have a Union officer admit these things is a rare event. It's a crying shame Wallace was the one presiding over Henry Wirtz trial. He knew the Union wasn't innocent of the same thing. He also knew Wirtz had not been the commandant of Andersonville for the entire time it was open. Another case of victors changing facts to suit their 'tale'.

Wonder if Wallace knew about 'Bodygate' at Chase?
